Several factors go into our quotes such as size of the home, pitch of the roof and complexity of installation. Initial installation typically begins around $400-500.

Simply submit a request for a quote and a member of our team will reach out to you to confirm details and secure an installation date. We will install the lights, maintain them throughout the season. At the end of the season we will schedule take-downs by neighborhood at no additional charge. We will store the lights for next season to ensure they are ready to go!

Do I own the lights?

Mac's Holiday Lighting retains ownership of the lights. The cost is for the service of installation, maintenance, takedown and storage of the lights. The reason we retain ownership is to guarantee the lights work every season and we will fix problems as they arise. A few examples: strong winds knocking down lights, glue coming undone, bulbs going out, animals chewing the wires. We also store the lights to save you space and ensure the lights are properly stored and free of moisture that can degrade the products.

What happens if my lights become damaged or go out?

Due to us retaining the ownership of the lights, we guarantee your system free of charge every season. Contact us if you need any repairs.

What if I already have the lights?

Accepted Answer

We value providing excellent service and ensuring that your lights stay on. Whether this is replacing bulbs or repairing sections of wire to keep your house looking festive. We will evaluate on a case by case basis. Factors that heavily influence whether we will use lights already owned by the homeowner include the condition of the lights and if they were professionally installed by another company.

What color options do you provide?

Warm White (traditional yellowish color), Pure White (modern bright white), Red, Green, Blue, and Orange

Is there a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we take a deposit of 25% of the total cost at time of quote approval. This is non-refundable. The remaining 75% is due within 7 days of installation.

Is it cheaper the following years?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the first year of installation is more expensive, but decreases after the first year. This is due to additional time and labor customizing the lights to your home that is only a factor the first year.
